Caroline joined the real estate industry in 2013 and has built a strong client base throughout the Lowcountry area working with sellers and buyers. Caroline graduated from North Carolina State University in 2012 with a degree in Communication with a focus in Public Relations. Caroline was named Realtor of Distinction receiving the prestigious Presidents Circle award in 2016. Caroline is a Certified Relocation Specialist and is a Certified Government Business Specialist.

With a background in Public Relations and Digital Strategy, Caroline incorporates her knowledge of technology, branding, and advertising to successfully sell homes throughout the area. Caroline constantly researches new technology initiatives to ensure her clients are ahead of the curve in todays real estate market. Caroline develops a unique approach to target various audiences locally, and nationally through a variety of marketing tactics. She firmly believes there is no better place to live than in Charleston. In her free time, she enjoys trying out new restaurants, going to the beach, and playing with her black lab, Posey.
